READ  THIS PAGE CAREFULLY!!! Regardless of what these documents say: DO NOT SEND THEM TO THE RANCH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

You must follow all eight steps listed below or you will not be allowed to attend the Lost Padres ride.

1. Download TrailRideWaiver
2. Fill in the blanks, then sign and date the Trail Ride Waiver and Release.
3. Download License Agreement for Access
4. Carefully read pages one through four. Not only should you read the information, you should understand it and agree to it. Your initials at the bottom of the page indicate your comprehension and agreement.  YOU MUST INITIAL EVERY PAGE.
5. On the bottom of page 4 of 4 you must fill out as follows: Name and date
   Good from: April 22rd to April 26th From the hours of: 5:00 PM on Thursday to 11:59 AM on Monday.  (You will not be allowed to enter camp after dark on Thursday night.  We much prefer that you make arrangements to enter the ranch of Friday morning)
   Vehicle type: (ie: Ford PU) license number
   Portion of ranch provided: Access to Lost Padres Ride Camp and marked endurance ride
   trails only.
6. Fill in the Permission to enter (Page 5 of this download) with same information as bottom of page 4. Print your name. Sign the document. Fill in address and preferable a cell phone if that is best way to reach you on the road.  Check the horseback riding as the reason for issue of permit.  You obviously can not put in the Access pass number, nor should you sign for the owner.  This Permission to enter must be included in the papers you send back to the Arroyo Grande address.
7. Mail these completed documents and a check made out to Ann Nicholson for $230;  Ann Nicholson, P.O. Box 1326, Arroyo Grande, CA 93421.  These documents must be received by Ann in Arroyo Grande no later than April 19th, 2010.
8. Let the Duck know by email  duck@xprides.com on the day that you mail your check and releases.
